Madera Ave. Kerman, CA, to consider the following item: Development Plan Permit 2023-03 AMDT No. 2: filed by Joseph Crown Construction and Development Inc. (Owner/Applicant), requesting approval of an amendment to Development Plan Permit 2023-03 for Tract Map 6447. The applicant proposes adding the 1859 and 2223 standard floor plans to the project subdivision. Currently, Development Plan Permit 2023-03 authorizes the construction of a 163-unit residential development on the north side of West Kearney Boulevard between South Modoc and South Siskiyou Avenues (APNs: 020-140-22S and 020-140-23S).
