Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on January 21st, 2026, the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Fresno County Fire Protection District ("District") passed and adopted Ordinance No. 2025-04, adopting an updated Fire Code, by the following votes: AYES: 5, NOES: 0 ABSTAINED: 0 ABSENT: 2 The purpose of the Ordinance is to adopt by reference the 2025 California Fire Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 9) together with non-building standards, along with amendments to address local climatic, topographic, and related conditions to protect the welfare of citizens and property.
