NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNUAL WATER CONSERVATION REPORT AND IMPOSITION OF WATER CONSERVATION REGULATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at the meeting of the Fresno County Board of Supervisors on March 3, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon after as practicable, the Board, and the Board sitting as the Board of Directors for the Fresno County Waterworks Districts identified below, will consider: (1) the 2026-2027 Annual Water Conservation Report expressly pertaining to Fresno County Service Areas 1, 5, 10, 10A(W), 14, 23, 30, 32, 34A, 34B, 34C, 34D, 34F, 34G, 39AB, 43W, 44C, 44D, 47, 49 and Fresno County Waterworks Districts 37, 38, 40, 41W, and 42; and (2) proposed resolutions declaring water conservation stages for County Service Area 39AB - "Beran Way/Prospect and Water Works District 40 - "Shaver Springs and imposing water conservation regulations as provided in Chapter 14.01 of the Fresno County Ordinance Code. All interested persons may attend the Board hearing on the Annual Water Conservation Report to protest the declaration of any water conservation stage, and to present their respective needs and any other relevant information to the Board.
