Reclamation Announces Public Use/Land Closure for Specified Fresno County Areas Within This Notice Beginning 30 days after publication of this notice, the Bureau of Reclamation will enact closure of the following lands to public use or access: Fresno County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 019-120-33, 019-120-39, 028-081-41, 028-081-42, 028-081-39, 028-081-67, 028-081-68, 028-230-02, 028-230-04, 028-230-21, 028-230-22, 028-230-23, and 028-230-24. These parcels will be signed as "No Trespass" and enforceable by local and federal law enforcement pursuant to PL 107-69 and Code of Federal Regulations Title 43 § 423. No Trespassing signs will be posted and fencing or other types of barriers installed to delineate the closure area for the protection of public health and safety, cultural resources, natural resources, scenic values, or scientific research activities.
