NOTICE OF HEARING OF THE FRESNO METROPOLITAN FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Regarding Amendment of the Storm Drainage and Flood Control Master Plan, including Amendment of the Schedule of Drainage Fees, Surcharges and Costs, Establishing such Costs and Fees for Local Drainage Areas (2026 Rate Schedule) Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in the office of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, 5469 East Olive Avenue, Fresno, California, a public hearing on the amendment of the Storm Drainage and Flood Control Master Plan (the "Plan") and amendment of the schedule of costs and fees related to said Plan will be held by the Board of Directors of the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District. Said amendments to the Plan are available for review at the District office or can be viewed at the following web address: www.fresnofloodcontrol.org. After a public hearing and pursuant to the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control Act, the Board of Directors intends to adopt a Resolution amending the schedule of costs and fees related to the Plan, which establishes drainage costs and fees for local drainage areas.
