NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE
THE KINGSBURG CITY COUNCIL FOR THE ANNUAL ALLOCATION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMITS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL AS PROVIDED FOR ACCORDING TO KINGSBURG'S GROWTH MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the above item will be held before the Kingsburg City Council during a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The hearing will take place in the Kingsburg City Council Chamber at 1401 Draper Street, Kingsburg, California, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
Consider allocations for inclusion in Kingsburg's 2026 housing unit allocation program under the procedure outlined in Kingsburg Municipal Code 16.09.060. The residential development under consideration for this allocation period is a proposed 88-unit single family residential housing subdivision on 29.65 acres located at APNs 395-030-05, 395-030-06 and 390-030-11, located southwest of Kern Street and 6th Avenue Drive.
PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE that any person, entity, or group who later challenges in court any action taken by the City of Kingsburg or others in connection with these matters may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at or prior to the public hearing to the address set forth herein and directed to the attention of the City Council. All interested persons are advised and invited to inform themselves regarding these matters, and to attend and to present their views, either orally or in writing, to the City Council before or at the above-listed time and place.
