NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
FRESNO UNIFIED IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS TO BE
INCLUDED ON THE DISTRICT CONTRACTORS LIST
PER SECTION 22034 OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE
Fresno Unified School District ("District") has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") procedures, Public Contract Code ("PCC") sections 22000 et seq. In accordance with PCC 22034, the District invites all licensed contractors to register for inclusion on the District's CUPCCAA Contractors List for the 2026 calendar year.
Contractors that are interested in being on the CUPCCAA Contractors List are required to be properly licensed with the Contractors State License Board and maintain a current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations.
Interested contractors may register directly online from the district's purchasing portal Procureware https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home to be placed on the District's CUPCCAA Contractors List. Please be advised, this does not automatically guarantee you will be informed of all bid opportunities. Notices will be sent out for the category of work being bid. District may also announce project opportunities in designated trade journals, The Business Journal, and/or through Procureware.
This registration process is not the prequalification process for projects over $1,000,000.
Contractors who have already registered on Procureware, please login to your profile and update your information such as insurance certificates or new contact information.
