The project is a Tentative Subdivision Map to create 176 single family residential lots and a storm drainage basin on a 44.8-acre site located on the north side of Nebraska Avenue between the alignment of Lincoln Avenue and Eaton Avenue, and on the east side of N. El Monte Way Dinuba, CA 93618 Applicant: Scott Belknap Location: The site consists of four parcels located on the north side of Nebraska Avenue between the alignment of Lincoln Avenue and Eaton Avenue and also on the east side of N. Alta Avenue approximately 1,270 feet north of Nebraska Avenue and 200 feet south of Griggs Avenue. The Assessor Parcel Numbers of the subject parcels are 013-050-072, 013-050-073 and 013-050-074 and 013-050-013. Proposal: The action is a request to approve a Tentative Subdivision Map to create 176 single family residential lots and a 4.4-acre storm drainage basin. Notice is also given that an environmental assessment has been conducted for the project(s) identified above, consistent with CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). The analysis determined that the project will not have significant impacts beyond those identified by the Environmental Impact Report that was prepared for the 2023 Focused Dinuba General Plan update.
