NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sanger Unified School District (District), acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed proposals for Trash, Waste, Recycling, and Disposal Services. Proposals are due by September 26, 2025 @ 3:00pm PST.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept or reject any item, or waive any irregularities.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be downloaded from the District's website: https://www.sanger.k12.ca.us/departments/business-services/purchasing/
All questions and requests for information regarding this RFP must be emailed to deborah_flores@sangerusd.net no later than 11:00 AM PST September 9, 2025. Responses to questions will be an Addendum and posted to our website on September 12, 2025. It is the proposer's responsibility to check the website for Addenda.
Services must be fully compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, policies, regulation, and requirements including the District, City of Sanger, City of Fresno, Fresno County, State of California, and the United States. Each proposal must conform and be responsive to this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents.
Proposals must be submitted on the form in a sealed envelope containing five (5) hard copies and one electronic version on a USB thumb drive of the vendor's proposal. Note on the outside of the envelope, "RFP #3000-25-001 due 9/26/25 3:00 PM."
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or in the proposal evaluation process.
