Nina and Jake's love story began on the soccer field at the University of Central Arkansas—with an important connection in between. Jake's sister Megan played collegiate soccer alongside Nina, and after getting Megan's blessing, Jake asked Nina out.
"The Lord's hand was clearly over every detail," Nina reflects, "bringing together a soccer-loving, God-fearing Texas girl and a faith-driven man."
On July 11, 2026, Nina and Jake said "I do" at the elegant Knotting Hill Place in Little Elm, surrounded by family and friends. Nina was radiant in a classic white strapless lace gown, while Jake looked sharp in a navy suit with a navy bow tie.
Nina carried a stunning bridal bouquet bursting with vibrant romance—coral, peach, and butter-yellow roses, hot pink peonies, deep burgundy blooms, and creamy white florals, designed by Boujee Bloom. The chateau-style venue provided an enchanting backdrop with its manicured landscaping and warm golden lighting. Photographer Hannah Way beautifully captured every moment.
"Jake and I constantly bring out the best sides in one another," Nina says, "always reminding each other to keep Christ the center of it all." The couple resides in Texas.
