Howell Revocable Trust, and all others, known or unknown, with an interest in the property located at 1505 AUSTRIAN RD., GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75050 and more thoroughly described as being Lot 6, Block 6, of CAMELOT ACRES, an Addition to the City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Volume 911, Page 654 of the Map Records, Dallas County, Texas: THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE BUILDING ADVISORY AND APPEALS BOARD CONDUCTED A HEARING ON DECEMBER 19, 2023, AT 6:00 P.M., IN THE GRAND PRAIRIE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER LOCATED INSIDE GRAND PRAIRIE CITY HALL, 300 W. MAIN STREET, GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS, and determined that the substandard structure located at the above-described location is a dangerous structure under Section 29-28 of the Grand Prairie Code of Ordinances. Furthermore, the Board ordered on December 19, 2023 that the structure be repaired, removed or demolished within thirty {30) days of the order and should the owner(s) fail to comply with the order authorized the City of Grand Prairie to demolish the structure at the owner's expense.
