Notice of Application for Bank Merger Notice is hereby given that Gateway First Bank, located at 244 South Gateway Place, Jenks, Oklahoma 74037 has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation seeking its written consent to merge Colonial Savings, F.A., located at 2626 West Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76102, with and into Gateway First Bank, with Gateway First Bank being the surviving bank of the merger. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named banks will continue to be operated. This notice is published pursuant to 12 CFR 303.65.
