RFP 2026-303 Request for Proposal For Grants Administration and Management for Johnson County The County of Johnson intends to participate in the Texas Community Development Block Grant program through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The 2027 Community Development Fund project will consist of one or more projects classified transportation projects within Johnson County. Accordingly, the County is seeking to contract with a qualified professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to administer the contract.
