CITY OF SANSOM PARK, TEXAS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Sansom Park City Council will hold a public hearing for the following case on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sansom Park Council Chambers located at 5705 Azle Ave., Sansom Park, Texas 76114. Case RP-2026-05 to receive comments on and consider approval of a replat of Lot 10 R1, Block 6, Sansom Park Addition composed of approximately 0.35 acres into two lots as Lot 10-R1A and Lot 10-R1B, Block 6, Sansom Park Addition, City of Sansom Park, Tarrant County, Texas. Consideration of any variances from the Subdivision Ordinance requested in connection with the plat will be included with this case. The property is zoned MU Mixed-Use Zoning District, Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NMU) Sub-District and located at 5705 Ridge Lane, Sansom Park, Texas.
