NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF TYPE B PROJECT ARLINGTON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, a public hearing will be held by the Arlington Economic Development Corporation during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber at Arlington City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street, Arlington, Texas to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake and to fund an economic development project to provide Arlington manufactures technical assessments, training, and services offered by Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center. The programming will support the creation and retention of primary jobs and is required or suitable for the development, retention or expansion of manufacturing facilities. This notice shall constitute publication of a Type B project as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160. Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the Arlington Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Project at the same meeting.
