KENNEDALE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY The Board of Trustees of the Kennedale Independent School District (the "District") hereby provides notice to the public that the District will accept sealed bids for the purchase of surface only of the following real property: Approximately 53.5 acres of real property, consisting of two adjacent tracts in the John C. Houston Survey, Abstract No. 720, located at 5451 W. Sublett Road, Arlington, Texas 76017 (Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) Nos. 05961793 and 04469542). The District will receive sealed, written bids to buy this property at the following address: Kennedale ISD Attn: Chad Gee, Superintendent 120 W. Kennedale Parkway Kennedale, Texas 76060 All bids must be plainly marked on the envelope "BID TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY." Sealed bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2026. Interested parties may contact the Superintendent Office, at 817-563-8000 or babcocka@kisdtx.net to receive a Bid Package (RFB No. 2026-001), which provides information concerning the properties, inspections, disclosures, requirements for submission, and other important information. If sold, the properties will be conveyed subject to the exceptions and reservations described in the Bid Package.
