RFQ 47-26 Request for Qualifications: Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau (the "CVB") invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the expansion and renovation of the Grapevine Convention Center. The Grapevine Convention Center is located at 1209 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051. The current project includes the expansion and renovation of the existing facility to increase event capacity, improve operational functionality, and provide a practical, flexible, and long-term solution for the Convention Center. The project is anticipated to include a future phase of additional expansion and improvements, subject to funding, approvals, and the needs of the CVB. Awards will be determined based on the evaluation criteria within the requirements. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFQ guidelines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. October 12, 2026, through the eBid system. The RFQ documents may be viewed and obtained by registering online through the City's eBid system https://grapevinetexas.gov/111/Purchasing. The RFQ closing date and time is October 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. RFQ responses are due prior to the RFQ closing date and time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted. Firms must submit one (1) complete electronic copy through the eBid system. RFQ submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities in the RFQ responses.
