The deadline for submitting questions is Sept 18, 2026, at 5:00pm. A Cashier's Check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Mansfield, Texas, in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid amount, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as required by state law, must accompany the bid. The bid checklist must also accompany the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds and insurance as detailed in the Contract Documents.
