Public Notice Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba Harmony School of Excellence – Fort Worth, open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for a Ground Up Construction project in Fort Worth, Texas. The project scope of work includes a ground up construction of a 55,000 square foot Elementary School facility including parking lot, playground and landscaping. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents. Bid proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on September 29, 2026, through Harmony's e-bid system, and will be opened at that date and time via video conference meeting; refer to bid package.
