Request for Proposal: RFP 43-26 INTEGRATED PUBLIC SAFETY SYSTEM The City of Grapevine, Texas (referred to as "the city") invites your company to provide a proposal for the implementation of a replacement of its Public Safety Systems. The city is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the following components: Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) Law Records Management System (LRMS) Mobile - CAD Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) and Field Based Reporting (FBR) Detention Management System (DMS) The proposed system must integrate with the First Due Fire Records Management Systems (FRMS) used by the Grapevine Fire Department. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The Optional Pre-Proposal Conference Call is to provide interested vendors with an opportunity to obtain clarification, from subject matter experts, regarding the specifications and requirements outlined in this RFP. The pre-proposal conference call is scheduled for September 10, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm CST. Information about the call is in the proposal documents. The RFP documents may be viewed and obtained by registering online through the City's eBid system found on the Grapevine Purchasing webpage: http://www.grapevinetexas.gov/. The RFP closing date and time is October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. RFP responses are due prior to the RFP closing date and time. RFP submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informality in the RFP responses.
