PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT STRATEGIC PLAN PUBLIC COMMENTS INVITED Community Reinvestment Act ("CRA") regulations require a bank that has developed a CRA Strategic Plan (the "Plan") to publish notice of the Plan and solicit formal written public comment for at least a 30-day period. In conformance with this requirement, Augustus National Bank, N.A. (in organization) hereby provides notice of its intention to submit a CRA Strategic Plan to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC"). The Plan covers calendar years 2027, 2028, and 2029, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2027. The Bank's delineated Assessment Area is the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area, consisting of 11 contiguous Texas counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise. The Plan establishes measurable annual goals for community development loans and investments, grants and donations, and community development services within the Assessment Area. Written comments from the public concerning the Plan are encouraged.
