Request for Competitive Proposals As Construction Manager for Castleberry ISD, BTC will be receiving competitive proposals from trade contractors for Castleberry ISD High School Addition on September 16, 2026. Competitive proposals will be received by BTC until 2:00 p.m., (local time) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 via email to estimating@btcbuilds.com. Proposals will NOT be received after 2:00 p.m. The complete bidding documents for this project will be available in electronic, downloadable format for subcontractor and supplier use in preparing proposals for this project via Autodesk Building Connected. Access to the bidding documents will be available through a link on the BTC website "www.btcbuilds.com" following the instructions under the "bidding" tab. The Proposal Package Manual detailing specific work required and contractual obligations will be available with the bidding documents. BTC is not responsible for partial or incorrect information obtained from other bidding websites or plans rooms. Addenda will be posted on the SmartBidNet website only and registered proposers will receive a notification when addenda are posted. It is the responsibility of the proposers to obtain all the addenda. A pre-proposal meeting will be held for all interested proposers at 3:30 p.m. on September 8, 2026, at Castleberry High School. Interested parties will meet at BTC's onsite job trailer located at 4834 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76114. A site visit will be conducted immediately following a short discussion of the project requirements.
