CITY OF MANSFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BUDGET The City of Mansfield will hold two public hearings on the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Budget at the regular City Council meetings on August 24, 2026, and again on September 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 1200 E. Broad Street, Mansfield, TX 76063. The adoption of the ordinance approving the Budget will occur following the second public hearing. The public is invited to review and make comments on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Comments may be presented in writing or in person at the public hearings. The proposed budget can be found on the City's website (https://www.mansfieldtexas.gov/283/Budget-Financial-Reports) or in hardcopy at the City Secretary's Office in City Hall. THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE LESS REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY AN AMOUNT OF -$4,410,936 WHICH IS A 6.63% DECREASE FROM LAST YEAR'S BUDGET.
