REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WESTLAKE ACADEMY (SCHOOL DISTRICT) BANKING, DEPOSITORY, TREASURY MANAGEMENT, MERCHANT SERVICES, AND PROCUREMENT CARD SERVICES The Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy (School District) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive banking, depository, treasury management, merchant services, and procurement card (P-Card) services for Westlake Academy. The successful respondent will provide a full range of banking and treasury management services, including, but not limited to, depository accounts, operating and payroll accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) services, wire transfers, online banking, remote deposit capture, positive pay fraud prevention services, merchant card processing, procurement card program administration, reporting, implementation services, and ongoing customer support. Financial institutions should demonstrate experience providing comparable services to public educational institutions or governmental entities and possess the financial capacity, technical capabilities, security controls, and customer service resources necessary to meet the Academy's requirements. Issuance of this Request for Proposals does not constitute authorization to enter into a contract. Any contract award is subject to approval by the Westlake Academy Board of Trustees and execution of mutually acceptable agreements. Westlake Academy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or minor irregularities, request clarification of proposals, negotiate with one or more respondents, or cancel and reissue this solicitation if determined to be in the best interest of the Academy.
