CITY OF HASLET INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL The City of Haslet is accepting sealed proposals for MOWING SERVICES per the attached specifications and general conditions. One (1) original and Two (2) copies of the proposal must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., August 26, 2026. The website administrator will then make files accessible to the proposer. Hard copies may be obtained at the above location upon a refundable deposit of $75 for each set. Deposits shall be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned to Belcheff & Associates, Inc., in useable condition within 10-days of the bid opening. No oral explanations regarding the meaning of the proposal specifications will be provided, and no oral instructions will be given either before or after the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference. All requests for clarification of questions regarding the specifications must be submitted in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the proposal award date and should be directed to: James Tucker via E-mail jtucker@haslet.org The deadline for receipt of written questions shall be 2:00 p.m., Central Time, August 14, 2026. All written responses will be distributed to all registered vendors. The City of Haslet wishes to receive competitive proposals on all goods or services purchased. Therefore, City may re-advertise for proposals if a minimum of three (3) proposals are not received. The City of Haslet reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all proposals submitted, and to waive any proposal informalities for the best interest of the City of Haslet.
