NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Housing Authority of the City of Grapevine will conduct a public hearing on September 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the Grapevine Housing Authority, 131 Starr Place, Grapevine, Texas 76051. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the residents in reference to the changes to the Agency's Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy, revised 2025 -2026 Annual Plans, 2027 Annual Plan, and 5-Year Capital Action Plan for 2027-2031, Dwelling Lease, and Agency Policies. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. Documents are available for review from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the address below.
