City of Saginaw Public Notice The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026, to consider a request for a specific use permit to allow the operation of a convenience store with fuel sales on the property located at the approximate .664 acres out of the "James H. Biles Survey, Abstract 119, Tract 3A01" & "Josiah Walker Survey, Abstract 1601, Tract 2A01", more commonly known as 501 N. Saginaw Blvd. and 711 N. Saginaw Blvd., Saginaw, Texas, 76179 (Per TAD). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on August 18, 2026, to consider the above-mentioned request for a specific use permit, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
