CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. the Saginaw City Council will hold a Public Hearing concerning the Proposed City Budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. This meeting will be held at the Saginaw City Hall, 333 W. Mc Leroy Blvd. This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $1,591,501 which is a 9.35% increase from last year's budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $818,176. Copies of the 2026-2027 Proposed Budget are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.saginawtx.org, and at the City Secretary's Office at the City Hall, 333 W.
