MAIN STREET, GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS, and determined that the structure located at the above-described location is a dangerous structure under Section 29-28 of the Grand Prairie Code of Ordinances. Furthermore, the Board ordered on APRIL 7, 2025 that the structure be repaired, removed or demolished within thirty (30) days of the order and should the owner(s) fail to comply with the order authorized the City of Grand Prairie to demolish the structure at the owner's expense.
