PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS TO DESIGNATE TAX ABATEMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER 119, CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
Pursuant to Section 312.201 of the Texas Tax Code, notice is hereby given that the Fort Worth City Council ("City Council") will conduct a public hearing to consider the designation of Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone Number 119, City of Fort Worth, Texas ("TARZ No. 119"), which will be located at 5000 Westport Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas. The specific boundary description of TARZ No. 119 is set forth below ("Property").
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the designation of TARZ No. 119 during a regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 11, 2026, at the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas, beginning at 6:00 P.M.
. The City Council is expected to take final action and vote on the adoption of an ordinance designating the Property as TARZ No. 119 after closing the public hearing.
Written and oral objections will be considered at the public hearing. Any interested persons wishing to speak at the public hearing must register no later than 2 hours before the start of the City Council meeting. To register to speak:

Any interested persons can submit any written objections or concerns to the contact listed at the bottom of this notice, which should be submitted prior to the date of the public hearing to ensure adequate time for written comments to be received and distributed for proper consideration.

BEING a tract of land situated in the F. Cuella Survey, Abstract Number 267, the J. J. Roberts Survey, Abstract Number 1305, and the Jose Chirino Survey, Abstract Number 265, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, Being all of Lot 1R2, Block 4, Alliance Gateway South, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, recorded in Instrument Number D224086576, County Records, Tarrant County, Texas, being all of that tract of land described by plat to AIL Investment, L.P. recorded in Instrument Number D208140924, said County Records;
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, being the northwest corner of Lot 1R1, Block 4, said Alliance Gateway South addition, and being in the south right-of-way line of Westport Parkway (a variable width right-of-way);
THENCE departing said right-of-way line with the common lot line of Lots 1R2 and 1R1 the following courses and distances:
S 00°22'36"W, 69.23 feet, to the beginning of a curve to the left;
With said curve to the left, an arc distance of 114.84 feet, through a central angle of 32°05'47", having a radius of 205.00 feet, the long chord which bears S 15°40'18"E, 113.34 feet;
S 31°43'11"E, 58.79 feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right;
With said curve to the right, an arc distance of 109.24 feet, through a central angle of 32°05'47", having a radius of 195.00 feet, the long chord which bears S 15°40'17"E, 107.81 feet;
S 00°22'36"W, 893.96 feet, to the southeast corner of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, being the southwest corner of said Lot 1R1, Block 4, and being in the north line of that tract of land described by deed to AIL Investment, L.P., recorded in Volume 13588, Page 181, said County Records;
THENCE N 89°38'23"W, 844.97 feet, departing said common line, with the south line of said Lot 1R2, Block 4 and said north line to the southwest corner of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, being in the east line of Block 19, Rolling Meadows Phase 3B, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, recorded in Instrument Number D214264351, said County Records;
THENCE with the west line of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, and said east line the following bearings and distances:
N 01°36'42"E, 400.63 feet; N 88°20'17"E, 17.28 feet;
N 00°16'41"W, at 466.47' the northeast corner of said Rolling Meadows, being the southeast corner of that tract of land described by deed to AIL Investment, L.P., recorded in Instrument Volume 13588, Page 183, said County Records, in all 824.38 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, being the northeast corner of said AIL Investment tract (Volume 13588, Page 183) and being in the south right-of-way line of aforementioned Westport Parkway;
THENCE S 89°38'48"E, 736.11 feet, with the north line of said Lot 1R2, Block 4, and said right-of-way line to the
