Request for Information for Innovative Transportation Demand Management Ridematch Systems The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking private companies or firms to share information on innovative transportation demand management systems or online solutions for a ride-matching system to match commuters interested in carpooling and/or vanpooling. NCTCOG is seeking information on technology that will provide support to NCTCOG's efforts to expand a regional rideshare/carpool program throughout the 16-county region of North Central Texas. NCTCOG will be releasing this Request for Information (RFI) on Friday, July 10, 2026, in the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the Bidnet Direct system only. The Bidnet Direct submittal will count as the official submittal. Responses must be submitted in Bidnet Direct no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, August 7, 2026.
