CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
On Tuesday evening, July 21, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas, the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine will hold a public hearing to consider the following items:
CU26-06; C&O Supply - submitted by Jeremy Williams with Silver Fox Ventures for property located at 1800 State Highway 121, platted as Block 1, Lot 1, 121 Commerce Center Addition. This site was previously approved for a zone change Z23-07 (Ord. 2023-059) to rezone 16.619 acres from "CC", Community Commercial District to "BP", Business Park District and site plan SP23-06 to construct an office-warehouse development. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow 22,730 sq.ft. of outdoor storage area and the outdoor storage of 10 delivery and service vehicles, including box trucks and service trailers, in conjunction with an office/ warehouse use (C&O Supply). The property is zoned "BP", Business Park District and is owned by GTIS Highway 121 SPE, LP.
CU26-17; North Texas Performing Arts – submitted by Kelly McDowell with North Texas Performing Arts for property located at 1040 Mustang Drive, platted as Block 6, Lot 9R-1, Metroplace 2nd Installment. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow a non-profit performing arts theater within an existing building. The property is zoned "CC", Community Commercial District and is owned by Rig Properties, LLC.
Z26-04; Spec Warehouse - submitted by Alex Camunez with Box Investments for property located at 2850 State Highway 121, platted as Block 1, Lot 2, Northpoint Addition. This site was previously approved for a conditional use permit CU21-14 (Ord.2021-035) and planned development overlay PD21-02 (Ord.2021-036) to allow the possession, storage, retail sale, and off-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and mixed beverages) in conjunction with a commercial kitchen and a planned development overlay to allow for the overnight parking of vehicles. The applicant is requesting to rezone 3.691 acres from "CC", Community Commercial District to "BP", Business Park District to allow for an office/ warehouse development. The property is owned by Grapevine Lux, LLC.
After all parties have been given an opportunity to speak, the public hearing will be closed and the Commission and the City Council will deliberate the pending matters.
