CITY OF CROWLEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Crowley Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following request on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E Main St, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas 76036. Case # ZCA-2026-003 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and consider making a recommendation to the City Council on an ordinance amending portions of City Code Chapter 106, "Zoning," Article 8, "Landscaping, Screening & Open Space Standards," Section 106.93, "Screening and Fencing," subsection D, "Single-Family Residential Fencing," to allow vinyl fencing as a permitted fencing material for residential privacy fencing. The City of Crowley City Council will conduct a second public hearing and consider the recommendation for the above request at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 201 E. Main. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to offer public comments or provide written comments prior to the meeting to the Community Development Office, 201 E Main St, Crowley, Texas 76036.
