NOTICE The North Texas Tollway Authority ("NTTA") has adopted a revised Public Comment Policy governing public comments at meetings of NTTA's Board of Directors and Board committees. The revised Public Comment Policy will take effect 10 days after the second publication of this Notice in accordance with section 366.033(b) of the Texas Transportation Code. The revised Public Comment Policy addresses how NTTA receives public input at Board and committee meetings and supports the orderly and efficient conduct of those meetings.
