ONCOR ELECTRIC DELIVERY COMPANY LLC NOTICE OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING FOR THE PROPOSED LIGGETT SWITCH – SKYVIEW SWITCH 345 kV TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT IN DALLAS AND TARRANT COUNTIES, TEXAS THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2026 HILTON GARDEN INN DFW AIRPORT SOUTH 2001 VALLEY VIEW LANE IRVING, TEXAS, 75061 5:00 - 7:00 PM Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) plans to rebuild a portion of the existing double-circuit 138 kilovolt (kV) Liggett Switch to Handley Switch/Executive Parkway Substation transmission line in Dallas and Tarrant counties, Texas and add a new 345 kV Liggett Switch – Skyview Switch 345 kV line (the “Project”). Oncor will replace the existing Liggett Switch to Handley/Executive Parkway double-circuit capable lattice structures with triple-circuit capable monopole structures and add a new 345 kV circuit. The new 345 kV circuit will terminate into Oncor’s proposed Skyview Switch, creating the Liggett Switch-Skyview Switch 345 kV transmission line. Liggett Switch is located south of and adjacent to West Rock Island Road, approximately one-quarter mile east of Roy Orr Boulevard in Grand Prairie, Texas. The proposed Skyview Switch will be located approximately one-quarter mile southwest of the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and State Highway 360 in Fort Worth, Texas. All of the Project, except for the short segment terminating the new Liggett-Skyview 345 kV circuit into the proposed Skyview Switch, will be contained within existing right-of-way. Oncor is committed to ensuring that the Project complies with the requirements of the Texas Utilities Code and the PUCT’s rules and policies. To this end, Oncor is holding a public participation meeting to inform and solicit feedback from landowners affected by the proposed transmission line project. The map below shows the pro- posed route for this project. Maps with greater detail will be exhibited at the public participation meeting. Attendees will be free to come and go from the meeting and visit information stations addressing various aspects of the Project at their leisure. This format will provide attendees the opportunity to ask questions and provide com- ments regarding the Project to representatives and technical experts from Oncor and Halff Associates, Inc., a consulting firm retained by Oncor.
