This notice is hereby given that the City of Fort Worth intends to sell certain real property, defined by the legal descriptions below, in accordance with Section 272.001(g) of the Local Government Code and described as follows:

The City Council of the City of Fort Worth, at its meeting on May 13, 2025 under M&C 25-0421, authorized the execution of purchase and sale agreements for the parcels listed above that will be conveyed for an economic development project designed to support the southside of the City with the intended sale from the City to occur no earlier than July 20, 2026. This notice is made in compliance with Chapter XXI, Section 5 of the Fort Worth City Charter.
