CITY OF ARLINGTON ORDINANCES The Arlington City Council passed the following ordinances at a meeting on June 23, 2026. These ordinances to become effective with second publication in accordance with the City Charter. Ordinance No. 26-032 An ordinance approving a revised development plan, Development Plan PD23-06R1, on certain property known as 1915 and 1921 West Arkansas Lane, zoned as Planned Development (PD) for Residential Multi-Family 22 (RMF-22) uses, with a Development Plan; amending the Zoning District Map accordingly. Ordinance No. 26-033 An ordinance designating a drilling zone on certain property known as 4151 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive by adopting an amended Specific Use Permit for gas drilling (SUP08-15R1); amending the Zoning District Map accordingly. Ordinance No. 26-034 An ordinance designating a drilling zone on certain property known as 4801 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and use of an existing temporary frac pond on certain property known as 4301 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive by adopting an amended Specific Use Permit for gas drilling (SUP07-17R1); amending the Zoning District Map accordingly.
