Public Meeting – Texas Community Development Block Grant 2027-2028 Community Development Fund Regional Project Priorities The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) invites local non-entitlement communities to participate in a hybrid Public Meeting to help establish Regional Project Priorities for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) 2027–2028 Community Development Fund. NCTCOG provides technical assistance to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) in administering this process for North Central Texas. The Regional Project Priorities identified through this effort will account for 25% of the total score used to evaluate Community Development Fund applications. Your participation is important to help ensure these priorities reflect the needs of communities across the region.
