PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m and Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 4:00p.m., respectively. The hearings will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearings are to hear and to consider the approval of the following: Hold a public hearing to discuss, consider, and act on proposed text amendments to sections 102-411 (B)(9), 102-412 (C), and 102-415 (B) of the Town of Westlake, Texas Code of Ordinances by exempting lodging building functions and office building from requiring a shopfront building frontage; by modifying the list of the permitted building functions within the town center core zones; by permitting ground-based, monument signs for commercial building functions; establishing standards for locating and designing swimming pools, hot tubs, and outdoor woodburning fire pits and fire places.
