PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m and Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 4:00p.m., respectively. The hearings will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearings are to hear and to consider the approval of the following: A request from Ocean Equities, Ltd to rezone approximately 1.33 acres of land currently zoned as PD1-2, Planned Development 1-2 to the TC, town center form-based development district (town center core zone). The property is located at 1550 Solana Blvd, Westlake, TX, 76262.
