ENTERTAINMENT VENUE The EDC Board has determined that the purchase of property will help to promote, develop, and expand businesses in Crowley. The actual expenditures projected to be less or equal to $2,500,000 and are scheduled to take place: (a) After the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date this Notice was posted and published in the official newspaper of the City of Crowley on June 21, 2026 unless a petition meeting the requirements of Local Government Code Title 12, Subchapter D Section §505.160 submitted to the City Secretary on or before the close of business August 20, 2026 - 60 Days.
