TOWN OF WESTLAKE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 2026-18 BACKUP GENERATOR INSTALLATION PROJECT
The Town of Westlake is seeking qualified providers to submit sealed proposals to perform the installation of an electrical backup generator and related project construction services for the Westlake Pump Station, Westlake, TX. Proposals must be received by 2:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, July 9, 2026. At that time, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town of Westlake Town Hall, Council Chamber, 1500 Solana Blvd., Suite 7100, Westlake, TX 76262. In accordance with Section 252.049(b), Local Government Code, all contents of the proposals will remain confidential until award of a contract. Any submission received late will not be opened or considered. Sealed proposals must be labelled "RFP 2026-18 PW Backup Generator Installation Project Submittal" and be addressed to "ATTENTION: KYLE FLANAGAN, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, Town of Westlake, 1500 Solana Blvd., Suite 7200, Westlake, Texas 76262. The complete Request for Proposals will be available beginning June 21, 2026 on the Town of Westlake website at www.westlake-tx.org/256/Bids-Proposals . Contract documents, advertisement and bid phase information for the Project can be downloaded or viewed free of charge at https://www.civcastusa.com. Addenda will be posted on the website only and it is the responsibility of the proposer to obtain all the addenda.
