INVITATION TO BID Key Construction Texas LLC (Construction Manager) is soliciting proposals for CITY OF WAXAHACHIE – MUNICIPAL BUILDING RENOVATION. The project is located at 820 Ferris, Waxahachie, TX 75165. Bid documents will be available 06/25/26, and bids will be due to Key Construction on 07/09/26 by 2:00 PM CT. Key will hold a pre-bid meeting on 6/24/25 @10AM at the Civic Center, Room A/B, 2000 Civic Center Ln, Waxahachie, TX 75165. Key Construction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 26,132-square-foot, three-story bank building. The completed facility will include City Court, City Council Chambers, Administrative Offices, and Public Safety Offices. Construction is scheduled to start in early August 2026. The project includes site clearing, concrete, structural steel, architectural millwork, waterproofing, glazing, doors, frames and hardware, drywall assemblies, tile, resilient flooring, painting, specialties, elevator refurbishment, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage systems. Plans and specifications will be available beginning June 25, 2026. Qualified subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to participate. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all project documents, specifications, and addenda before submitting proposals.
