Notice of Application For Operating Permit Amendment to the Northern Trinity Groundwater Conservation District DCLI, LLC, of One Deloitte Way, Westlake, TX 76262 applied on June 9, 2026, to the Northern Trinity Groundwater Conservation District for amendments to two (2) Operating Permits. The requested amendments seek to increase the maximum instantaneous production rate (GPM) of two (2) water wells completed in the Twin Mountains Aquifer, located at One Deloitte Way (Lot 1) and Four Deloitte Way (Lot 2). This request is limited to increasing the wells' instantaneous yield and does not seek any increase to the total annual authorized production volume under the permits, which will remain at 18,529,779 gallons per year and 27,630,607 gallons per year, respectively, for pond fill and irrigation purposes.
