PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY permit requirement for Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., Haltom City, TX, facility permit number HW-50228, located at 6529 Midway Rd., Haltom City, TX 76117, hereby provides this notice for public opportunity to request an independent environmental audit of the facility in accordance with 30 TAC 305.147. To request an audit or to make comments, a public meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2026, at the Safety-Kleen facility located at the address referenced above. If an audit is requested, an auditor will be selected from the following: ERM, Inc., ATC, One Atlas or another of the public choice.
