REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS Byrne | Potere | Hunt, A Joint Venture invites competitive sealed proposals from trade contractors for the Tarrant County College NE Campus Science Building construction project in Hurst, Texas on June 25, 2026. The project consists of the construction of a new 86,089 SF Science Building. All trades are needed, except for demolition, site electrical rerouting, site communications rerouting, earthwork, and civil utility rerouting, which has already bid in an early enabling package. Bids will be received directly through the AECOM Hunt Building Connected online plan room by 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, June 25, 2026. A Pre-Bid Meeting and HUB/SBE Trade Contractor Outreach will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, to review project and bidding requirements. The meeting will occur at 9:00 A.M. local time at the TCC Northeast Campus in the NSTU Northeast Student Center, Room 1615, located at 828 W. Harwood Road, Hurst, Texas 76054. Although this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that all interested bidders attend and are responsible for all information discussed at the meeting.
