SUP-26-05-0010 - Specific Use Permit/Site Plan - Concrete Pumping at 1509 W Shady Grove Rd (City Council District 1). Specific Use Permit and Site Plan for a contractor shop with outside storage and heavy equipment on 1.838 Acres. Tract 4, John C Read Survey, Abstract No. 1183, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, zoned LI, within the SH-161 Corridor Overlay District, and addressed as 1509 W Shady Grove Rd
For the purpose of considering the effects of such amendments, and in turn making its recommendation to the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application on June 23, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in the Grand Prairie City Council Chambers at City Hall Plaza, 300 W.
