ORDINANCE NO. 2025-028
An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas issuing Conditional Use Permit CU25-50 to develop a master site development plan with 248 multifamily units (TCC Grapevine Mills) in buildings 3-4 stories in height (62 feet) on Lot 2, and to allow the possession, storage, retail sales of on- and off-premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages) in conjunction with a restaurant, within a six-story (75 feet) hotel with 222 rooms (Sandman Hotel) on Lot 4 for Block 1, Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 Grapevine Mills Wells Addition, (2800 and 3421 Grapevine Mills Parkway) in a district zoned "CC", Community Commercial District all in accordance with a site plan approved pursuant to Section 47 of Ordinance No. 82-73 and all other conditions, restrictions and safeguards imposed herein; correcting the official zoning map; preserving all other portions of the zoning ordinance; providing a clause relating to severability; determining that the public interests, morals and general welfare demand the issuance of this conditional use permit; providing a penalty not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00); declaring an emergency and providing an effective date
