RFP 36-26 Request for Proposal: CMAR-RAW WATER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS 2026 The City of Grapevine is seeking a qualified Construction Management at Risk Firm. The firm must demonstrate that they have the resources, experience and qualifications necessary to provide services in connection with Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Improvements 2026 and Generator placement construction project located at 3600 Fairway Dr. Grapevine, TX 76051. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269. The City of Grapevine ("City") invites the submittal of responses to this "Request for Proposals" (RFP) from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications necessary to provide "Construction Management At Risk" (CMAR) services for the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Relocation and Emergency Generator Installation (City pre-purchased) project while maintaining the operations of the facilities. The non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting date is June 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the following location: Grapevine City Hall 200 S Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051. The proposal will be awarded to the highest scoring responsible/responsive proposer meeting or exceeding specifications. The award will be presented to City Council for approval. The RFP documents may be viewed and obtained by registering online through the City's eBid system found on the Grapevine Purchasing webpage: http://www.grapevinetexas.gov/. The RFP closing date and time is July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. RFP responses are due prior to the RFP closing date and time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted. RFP submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informality in the RFP responses.
