NOTICE TO BIDDERS - UNT Health Fort Worth Linbeck Group, LLC, on behalf of the University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth, is requesting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the selective demolition and MEPF make safe demolition for RES and EAD Buildings. The project consists of approximately 28,000 square feet of interior laboratory and will be completed in multiple phases to support ongoing facility operations. Project location is: 3500 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas 76107, and 1055 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM CST on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the project site on a predetermined date. Interested subcontractors are encouraged to contact us in advance, as attendance confirmation will be required. Proposal documents will be discoverable via BuildingConnected.
